⚡ Crawl, Walk, Press
In 30 days you’ll safely build real AI-powered WordPress workflows — drafting, metadata, internal linking, and a demo you can actually ship. Whatever you publish on WordPress. Hands-on, about 15 minutes a day.

4 weeks · 30 exercises · ~15 min/day · free & open-source · no coding required to start
What you’ll have in 30 days
Not theory — a set of working artifacts your team keeps and reuses long after Day 30.
- ✅ A safe sandbox — a local Studio site and a Playground you can break without risk
- ✅ A live AI connection to WordPress via MCP
- ✅ A reusable prompt library tuned to your site
- ✅ A repeatable content workflow you can run every week
- ✅ An AI usage policy your team actually agrees on
- ✅ A measurement scorecard to show impact
- ✅ A demo script to walk leadership through what’s now possible
- ✅ The judgment to know what to hand AI — and what to keep human
Your 30 Days of Training
Each week builds on the last. Start with installation, end with a team demo.
Week 1: Get the Stack →
Install & explore Playground, Studio (Desktop) + Studio Code, Telex, Claude + MCP, and the WordPress AI plugin. Finish with a toolkit map and safe testing setup.
Week 2: Connect & Create →
Wire the tools into publishing workflows. Finish with a site profile, reusable prompts, newsletter draft, and metadata workflow.
Week 3: Content Workflows →
Build repeatable operations: content repurposing, taxonomy cleanup, performance audits, content planning, and internal links.
Week 4: Ship & Scale →
Package the work for your team: policy, playbook, prompt library, impact report, and live demo.
The exercises follow a newsroom as a running example — swap in your own content type (products, courses, campaigns); the tools and workflow are identical.
What you’ll need
Start with nothing but a browser. Add the rest only when an exercise calls for it — and if you can’t install something or don’t have an API key, every step has a fallback.
🌐 To start
Just a browser — Playground, Telex, and copy-paste with the free Claude.ai.
🔗 Partway in
A WordPress.com account unlocks Studio Code (no API key) and the built-in MCP.
💻 Going deeper
Install Studio Desktop for a local site; add your own API key only for a specific provider.
Blocked on a step? Each day has a 🔓 browser-only or copy-paste fallback, and the FAQ spells them out.
